Rental Reservation/Policies

Please note that there is a $70 check-out cleaning charge
DAILY RATES apply to 7 nights or more. Less than 7 nights, slightly higher.  We require a $200 deposit for one-week rental and $100 additional deposit   This deposit is applied to the rent and is refundable if you cancel up to 6 weeks before the reservation arrival date.  The remainder of the rent is due 6 weeks before you move in.
RATES ARE FOR 4 PEOPLE - $10 per night each additional adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY: $100 fee per unit if cancelled after the deposit is received.
Otherwise full/final payment forfeited and refund given based on number of nights resold.
